BG Sarah K. Albrycht

A native of Bennington, Vermont, Brigadier General Albrycht entered the United States Army and was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps as a Distinguished Military Graduate from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1995 where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. She received her Masters of Policy Management from Georgetown University in 2006 and her Masters of National Strategy from the National War College in 2017.

COL Kirt R. Boston

COL Kirt Boston was born on FT Belvoir, Virginia in 1973 to a second-generation Army Family. His military career began as an ROTC Cadet at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he was commissioned in 1995 as a Second Lieutenant in the Military Police Corps.

COL Boston’s military education includes the Military Police Corps Officer’s Basic and Advanced Courses, Combined Arms Services and Staff School, Naval War College Command and Staff School, Army War College, Joint Forces Staff College JPME II, Air Assault School, Special Reaction Team Training, Hostage Negotiations Course, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy (Class 224). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from American Military University, a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Army War College.

CW4 Angela J. Rulewich

Angela J. Rulewich was born in Springfield, MO, and raised in Miller, MO, where she later graduated from Miller High School in 1997. CW4 Rulewich began here enlisted career in 2002 as a Communicator/Non-Communicator Collector in the Military Intelligence Field. In 2006, she was accepted into the US Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC) as a Special Agent. In June of 2008, she became a US Army Warrant Officer.

CSM William M. Shoaf

Command Sergeant Major William M. Shoaf is a native of North Augusta, SC. He enlisted in the United States Army in January 1997 and attended Military Police One Station Unit Training at Fort McClellan, AL. He graduated in May 1997 from Delta Company, 795^th Military Police Battalion as the Distinguished Honor Graduate.
