OFFICERS SAY PIERRE RAN AWAY, BUT THEY CHASED HIM AND ARRESTED HIM ON THE NORTH SHORE MALL PROPERTY. PIERRE WAS ARRAIGNED LATE THIS AFTERNOON IN PEABODY DISTRICT COURT. HE PLEADED NOT GUILTY TO 11 COUNTS OF DEFACING PROPERTY AND ONE COUNT OF DISTURBING THE PEACE. HE IS BEING HELD ON $100 CASH BAIL.
